The JetStreamWay® journey is not a monolithic, one-size-fits-all program. It is an agile, hands-on application of our integrated methodology, delivered in focused 6-week sprints. Each sprint is designed to produce a specific, tangible outcome, creating momentum from day one. Below is the library of sprints from which we will co-design your custom flight plan.

Phase 1: Ground Operations & Flight Planning

Every journey begins with three required sprints to diagnose your business, align your team, and build a data-driven roadmap.

Sprint 1:

The Pre-Flight Check

Focus: To establish a data-driven, factual baseline of your company's current reality from every critical angle.


Key Activities: We conduct a comprehensive financial diagnostic, create a ground-truth map of your primary operational process, and synthesize 1:1 interviews to understand your organization's human dynamics.

Sprint 2:

Filing the Flight Plan

Focus: To align the entire leadership team on a single, unified destination, leveraging deep assessment data to build a cohesive, self-aware leadership team.


Key Activities: We define 3-5 company-wide strategic priorities, decode 360-degree feedback and behavioral assessments, and bridge the gap between leadership perception and operational reality.

Sprint 3:

The Takeoff & Climb Strategy

Focus: To translate your destination into a tangible, sprint-by-sprint roadmap that is customized for your business.


Key Activities: We create a visual "Terrain Map" of all required initiatives, build the initial "Flight Plan" by sequencing them into the remaining sprints, and optimize executive productivity using the Working Genius model.

Phase 2: Your Custom Ascent (Sprint Library)

  • Securing the Cabin

    Focus: Achieve cash flow stability and predictability while equipping leaders with the frameworks to lead through complex change.  


    Key Activities: We refine your change leadership strategy, diagnose each leader's unique change style, redesign AR/AP processes to improve the cash conversion cycle, and implement a 13-week cash flow forecasting model.  

  • Calibrating the Instruments

    Focus: Establish clear, data-driven visibility into operational performance while establishing a deep baseline of executive self-awareness.  


    Key Activities: We help each leader articulate their core leadership philosophy, conduct 1:1 debriefs of EQ and behavioral data, build and launch a weekly leadership KPI dashboard, and revamp the budgeting and forecasting process.  

  • Upgrading the Airframe

    Focus: Ensure the technology and data supporting the operation are sound, while intentionally designing a cohesive, high-trust executive team.  


    Key Activities: We master strategic communication, diagnose and address the root causes of executive team dysfunction, identify and eliminate redundant software, and audit your core tech stack to improve data integrity.  

  • Optimizing the Main Engine

    Focus: Overhaul the single most critical operational process while leveraging your leadership to shape culture and build a robust pipeline of future leaders.  


    Key Activities: We implement a key initiative to enhance organizational engagement, develop skills for leaders to act as coaches for high-potential talent, redesign a core process to achieve a 20%+ reduction in cycle time or errors, and create updated documentation for the new process.  

  • In-Flight Service Design

    Focus: Align your internal processes with the external customer experience, while sharpening your ability to set a compelling strategic direction and ensure its precise execution.  


    Key Activities: We master frameworks like OKRs to translate vision into an actionable strategic plan, learn to effectively communicate the strategy for company-wide buy-in, map the complete customer journey, and implement a customer feedback loop like NPS.  

  • Cockpit-to-Cabin Comms

    Focus: Build a rhythm of communication that makes the business run smoother and faster, while building the resilience to lead effectively through crises and conflict.  


    Key Activities: We master how to make sound decisions under pressure, learn to navigate high-stakes negotiations and mediate conflict, implement a fully functional Meeting Rhythm™, and develop a personal "Crisis Leadership Playbook" for each executive.  

  • Assigning Crew Roles

    Focus: Align employee roles, goals, and metrics with the new processes and priorities while transitioning from managing the present to actively creating the future.  


    Key Activities: We develop a forward-looking perspective on industry trends, empower "innovation champions" to sponsor new initiatives, create the conditions for innovation to thrive, and update job descriptions and implement performance scorecards.  

  • Reaching Cruising Altitude

    Focus: Prepare the newly optimized organization for growth and scale, while synthesizing all program learnings into a cohesive leadership model and a plan for long-term impact.  


    Key Activities: We guide each executive to articulate their personal leadership legacy, solidify each leader's executive presence, identify and implement at least one high-impact automation project, and create a playbook for scaling your core optimized processes  

  • Engaging the Autopilot

    Focus: Embed the practice of continuous improvement into your company's DNA, ensuring the integration of learning and celebrating the transformative journey.  


    Key Activities: We facilitate the final "Strategic Impact & Future Legacy" capstone presentations, establish a peer accountability system for continued growth, train and empower an internal champion for the next improvement cycle, and establish a formal Quarterly Strategic Review process.
